How it runs

  1. 01

    Understand

Map where AI lives in your product and workflows, including the adoption nobody announced.

  2. 02

    Assess

Test the paths attackers would actually use, ranked by business impact.

  3. 03

    Improve

Address the highest-impact risks first with practical engineering changes.

  4. 04

FAQ

We're just calling a third-party LLM API. Is that really a security risk?

Often yes. The common failure modes aren't exotic: sensitive data flowing into prompts, injection through user-controlled content, over-privileged integrations, and unmetered token spend. Each is assessable and fixable.

Do you cover AI agents, not just chat features?

Yes. Agentic systems (tools, function calling, autonomous workflows) expand the attack surface significantly. I contribute to open-source work on agent security, including OWASP-aligned playbooks for securing AI agents.

Will this slow down our AI roadmap?

The goal is the opposite: a clear evaluation framework means faster, more confident yes/no decisions on AI tools and features, instead of every adoption becoming a one-off debate.

Can you help us answer customer questions about our AI features?

Yes. AI security questionnaires and trust-page content are a natural output of the assessment and governance work.
